Katie’s Journey to Pain-Free Living with Pinnacle Strength Lab

When Katie first reached out to me at Pinnacle Strength Lab, she was looking for an alternative to the typical gym environment. She had recently completed a course of osteopathy to address back pain and wanted to continue improving her health, but the idea of going back to a traditional gym didn’t feel right. After reading about PSL in Facebook recommendations, she decided to connect, and I’m so glad she did.

Katie wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from working with a personal trainer. “I had little experience with a professional trainer and was unsure what to expect,” she told me. Rehabilitating Back Pain with Care and Structure



Katie’s back pain was a big part of our conversation. She’d been through osteopathy treatment, but she still experienced days when her pain kept her from basic activities.


“Before working with James, my back pain was so bad I’d have days where I couldn’t even get out of bed,”
