REHABILITATION

My goal is to address the issue and fix both this and the underlying cause, before focusing on strengthening you beyond this point to stop any future recurrence.

I will design an appropriate and progressive rehabilitation programme for you; this will initially focus on prescribing structural and muscular balance exercises specific to your needs and then progress to focusing on strengthening these muscles to prevent future recurrence.

I believe in a holistic approach to rehabilitation enabling me to deliver a high standard of service, and I am proud to have a network of local practitioners and therapists, with specific and unique skillsets that I collaborate with to the benefit of you and your specific needs...

The first step is a thorough assessment after which we'll be able to give a timeline for recovery, highlighting the specific weaknesses and muscular or skeletal imbalances.

With the information gathered through your assessment, an appropriate and progressive rehabilitation programme can be designed and implemented.
